Weekly Update+ 5 Things This Week

So Monday I posted a blog about 5 things I wanted to do that week... today I'm going to post my update on those 5 things- plus 5 things I want to do for the week coming up.

Finish a Book Or 2- NOPE

Ugh I just didn't end up reading this week. It was partially because of me wanting to focus more on blogging and other things that reading took a backseat too... but a lot of the time I was on YouTube or TikTok and I should have probably just picked up a book and read 50 pages or so.

Post a Blog Every Day- close but no :/

So I missed doing my weekly favorites post yesterday- and it's for slightly good reasons I guess. I was talking to my coworkers on my lunch break instead of blogging... but I was also sick early on in the week and I don't really have any favorites. I did have a lovely Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and I did watch a good move called Upgrade... but that's about it. Not a ton of different favorites. So it isn't the worst post to miss- But I do enjoy writing my favorites so it's a bit of a bummer.

Post a Review of Velma- Yes!!!

Finally a win! I posted a few reviews this week! I did a review on Not Dead yet also.

Wear Some Valentine's Day Clothes- not really but kind of

So I bought this nice sweater for Valentine's Day a while ago... and I went to try it on and I was like "huh this is a little bit cropped." It was a size small... and I am not small. So that had to get returned. And I returned 2 other fancy dresses I bought that I wanted to wear then... those didn't work either. It took me a while but eventually I found something cute to wear. I forgot what I wore and I was still feeling not totally myself but my boyfriend dressed up so I wanted to dress up too... and it was cute. We looked very cute and had a lovely date.

I did wear my Valentines Day sweetheart crocs. So that counts.

Keep up with skincare- I'm gonna say yes

I forgot some steps of my skincare routine- but I took off my makeup and washed my face every day so that's a win.

5 Things Next Week

1)Post Ant Man Review

This should be easy- I'm seeing Ant Man tonight after work so I'll post my review on it on Monday.

2)Read A Graphic Novel

I have a bunch of manga and graphic novels and I'd love to read one of them.

3)Finish 3 Books

I would love to finish 3 books before February is over and I could easily finish 2 im currently reading in 2 days and have the graphic Novel as my 3rd.

4) Post a Brooch Haul

This one kind of depends on the time I get one of my orders in- but I ordered some erstwilder brooches and I'd like to haul them for you guys!

5) Watch Aggretsuko's Final Season

This is what I'm most excited about for the week. My boyfriend and I first started talking about Aggretsuko and we've watched it together for the past few seasons after that... so im excited to watch the finale together and see how it all turns out. I love Aggretsuko and obviously I'm very happy I watched it.
