Squid Game x Puma Sneaker Unboxing

Okay! I’m really excited because I just ordered the Squid Game and Puma colllab sneakers and they’re really cool! So I’ll share them with you guys!

So they come in this big box with a pull tab… I couldn’t pull it so I used a boxcutter and it was easy to open.

Then they come in this really awesome sneaker box with the Front Man on the front of it and the Netflix Squid game logo.

And I didn’t get a picture of it- but the sneakers were all wrapped in tissue paper and at the top there was a blue pair of shoelaces that were wrapped up- and a card with the squid game logo and on the back it says “Are You Ready to Play?” On it.

And then on the inside had the image that inspired the shoe on it which is the hallway and we see 456 in the hallway and some of the soldiers.

And the same image is on the lid of the shoes.

And the shoes themselves are beautiful. Honestly I do love squid game- I should do a full post on the new season… but I really loved the colors of the shoes and that it didn’t scream “Squid Game” on them.

So yeah that’s about it! Some other things to note: these cost $80 I think- I don’t think there’s any coupons for these online- but I could be wrong. The website has men’s and women’s as options- but they’re the same shoes either way- it just converts the size- so I ordered a size 9 shoe and it says 7.5 on the box because it’s sized for men.

I’m usually an 8.5 and I prefer wide shoes- these didn’t come in wide sizes. I went with a size 9 for the shoe thinking it’d be better to size up because I could just put an insole in the shoe if it’s too big… it isn’t too big- it fits perfectly- maybe a little bit tight but I could probably adjust the shoelaces a bit to make it a little less tight. Plus it’ll probably stretch a bit when I wear them more.

Overall I know these aren’t everyday shoes- but they are very well made and I really like how they look and the packaging! I was really impressed!

Also they shipped using FedEx… which usually means it will come after it says it will be here. I think I ordered these January 2nd, they said they would be here January 7th and they were here January 8th- I just used the free standard shipping and that’s still pretty good so I’m okay with that.
