Sitcom Saturday: Superstore Finale- The Best Finale???

Okay so the last season of Superstore was not my favorite… it had some really good moments and storylines but without America Ferrera it felt like something was missing and the Jonah- Amy breakup was upsetting. Combine that with the commentary of 2020 being a little harder to watch and I don’t think they handled it as funny as Brooklyn Nine Nine did honestly… it was good but not my favorite.

That being said- the finale was damn near perfect honestly! There were a lot of loose ends from the show and they were all tied together, we got to see what everyone was up to after the events of the show… and everyone had a happy ending! We even found out who was leaving all the severed feet in the store… it was almost perfect and I almost started to tear up.

Honestly if America Ferrera didn’t leave the show- I think it could have lasted longer even with the Covid season… but I’m glad they ended it where they did on a high note. And it definitely honored the best moments of the show and all the characters we really liked. The last few episodes of the show were really great!

Anyway that’s all I’m going to say about it right now! I definitely think this show is worth checking out- I might even buy the DVDs for myself! As someone that works retail- this was great!
