Alright so... this month has been crazy so far. I started the month having a great 3 day weekend from work. I was off Saturday, Sunday and Monday. One of my bosses was transferred- which was very sad so the end of February and beginning of March was her goodbye party and stuff... then I had a lovely 3 day weekend!

So I spent the first day of the 3 day weekend watching Twin Peaks with my boyfriend... we're starting to really love this show! We watched a lot that weekend. My sister and her daughter also came over that Saturday. So that was fun. I forget what we ate for dinner- I know we had Greek food for lunch and I think maybe we got chilis for dinner?

That Sunday we had some of our family friends over that we haven't been able to get together with since Christmas- so we exchanged Christmas gifts.

And on Monday my boyfriend came over during the daytime and we made a pizza! We tried making a deep dish- idk if the dough was frozen or something but- the crust didn't come out just right... and I'm not sure about the cheese. We ended up finishing season 1 of twin peaks this day I think ? And we really liked it and... we ended up getting pretty far into season 2 as well. Unless we finished season 1 on Saturday? I forget.

Okay so... Tuesday- Thursday I worked full 9-5 shifts... actually I think I might have closed on one of those days. That all went normally- 9-5 isn't that bad at all... and I think I discovered Peacock's Couple to Throuple at that time and I really liked that show. I also started really getting into the book Addicted for now- I read it during commercial breaks and on my Lunch break and everything. That was fun.

I think during one of these days I downloaded the app Plex which is the only streaming service that has Movie 43 and only has the international version. I also watched a movie called Just My Luck with Lindsay Lohan... which I'm also going to do a blog post about.

Then we get to the weekend portion of my 10 day stint and I closed again 3 days in a row... which is hard. Again- stayed sane by sleeping in a bit, watching Couple to Throuple and other shows like Abbot Elementary, Friends and The Bachelor... and Ghosts. Ghosts was good that week!

The Oscar's were also on on Sunday!!! Which was fun to watch I loved the way they presented the acting awards this year! That was fun to watch! I teared up at some of them!

And then the rest of the week- I finished addicted for now and then started the first of the Calloway Sisters books- which is Kiss The Sky... and I like the book but I don't like Rose and Connor as much as main characters in this.

Anyway after working 10 days in a row I finally got to the day where I had my 3 day weekend. I slept In on Friday and my boyfriend came over after he got back from work. We ate at Finn's and we stayed at home and watched Ricky Stanicky and Leprechaun in the Hood... great movies- although I was a little disappointed in Ricky Stanicky. It was still good.

I also gave him his birthday presents this day which was really fun!

On Saturday we went to his friends house and his friend cooked us burgers and chicken thighs on the grill and he made French fries... it was so good!

On Sunday we celebrated his actual birthday. We had a bit of a lazy day, we got lunch at a diner and we got some Dunkin' Donuts... I need to do a Foodie Tuesday about the Dunking's Latte because that was insane! We got donuts with that too!

Then I took him out to a fancy dinner at Moonstruck and we loved it! And then we skipped dessert there because I was full from the Dunkings and he wasn't that hungry either and we went out for ice cream after.

And that was my adventurous March! So far!

Bye!

-Shannon
