Oats Overnight: What I’ve tried so far + favorites

Okay so I’ve been trying the brand Oats Overnight recently- I’ve seen them pop up at Target and Whole Foods and I’ve tried a few flavors. I’ve only bought the little shake ones- they have more flavors of pouches online… but you aren’t getting that much of a deal with it and it’s kind of the same thing. I’m thinking of doing it and trying some more flavors anyway… but I sort of want to wait and see if flavors are available in stores.

Maple Brown Sugar

This one is one of my favorites and what I have in my fridge for tomorrow morning if I’m not mistaken. This is really good and probably the easiest flavor to find- I’ve seen this pretty much everywhere. It’s very sweet and maple-y and flavorful. I’m not sure if this is the same as the Maple Pancake that is available on the oats overnight website on their pouch… but this one is worth trying.

Birthday Cake

This one I had yesterday… and I really liked it. It wasn’t my favorite but I would get it again- it was really tasty and sweet. Tasted and smelled just like birthday cake!

Fruity Cereal

This one I liked a lot too- I repurchased this the last time I went to Whole Foods… this is a good one. It tastes like Fruity Cereal… it’s not something I love but it was good. A nice breakfast treat.

Apple Cinnamon

I liked the taste of this one and I didn’t check the nutrition label but… the fiber in this one seemed a little higher than the other ones. I don’t know if I would eat this one right while going to work because this one was pretty strong. I’m not sure I’d repurchase but if you’re constipated… this is my recommendation!

Chocolate Peanut Butter

This is the first one I actually didn’t like. It wasn’t disgusting or anything… I just don’t think I like the chocolate powder that much. It’s a personal preference thing but it didn’t taste great to me. I would maybe try another one but if there are other options this isn’t what I would go for.

Strawberries and Cream

This one is my other favorite. The strawberries in this taste sooo good. It’s really flavorful. I made this one a little thicker too- Which is harder in the shake formula…. But this one was really good.

I think this is everything! I hope you guys find this useful and maybe check it out… the only thing that I’m slightly concerned about is the microplastics in the bottle it comes in… which is why I may switch to the pouches… but I’m just not really sure yet. I’ve been home all day and listening to how they found enough microplastics in a human’s brain that was the equivalent of a plastic spoon… so that’s freaking me out a bit on the plastic thing… but either way it’s convenient, affordable and easy to find.

Ohhh also this is the only overnight oats I’ve ever tried. I know there’s a brand called mush too that I might try and I could make my own- which I might do soon. I also like that these you can just drink cause it’s quick and I don’t always want solid food in the morning.

Bye!
