Movie Monday: Cine Nerdle

Okay so my favorite thing for movie nerds is a game called CineNerdle where you have to make connections with different movies and you play against real people- Or you could play against a friend.

I like to play this with my boyfriend-like the 2 of us sit together and play against someone else... that way we both can choose the movies we want to play.

I also just like playing on my own against another person- and we have played against each other and chose our own movie and that's fun too.

Some of my techniques for this movie are to use movies that you know- even if they're kind of Niche- that's a good advantage. For example I love My Big Fat Greek Wedding and I've watched everything Nia Vardalos has been in. I've also watched a lot of John Corbett movies... and I know a lot of Toni Colette movies and David Duchovny movies. These are great to use because there are big stars in these movies but they aren't ones people really know.

There are also some fun connections to different movies... for example Abe Vigoda from The Godfather was in Good Burger... so I usually play that because it's funny. Theres a Pat Morina movie that doesn't have a lot of people I know in it- BUT someone from a Mel Brooks movie is in there... which is funny. I'm not saying this specific movie because... I'm not going to give away all my strategies.

I also take note of any movie trailer that I see, any movies I see at Dollar Tree... anything that has a lot of famous people in it. Any independent movie or a comedy from the 2000s or something that people just don't know about.

So... I've been obsessed with this game for quite a while now and it's worth checking out. If you like movies and know a lot, or if you want to get some movie recommendations... it's pretty useful!

Bye!
