Marvel Monday: Werewolf By Night

Okay I was going to start by watching all the Thor movies- but I didn't really have a chance to watch Thor this week... but I did watch Werewolf by Night! So let's talk about that!

So... it's a little bit boring. I'm not going to lie. I enjoyed it overall. I like that it's a standalone from marvel and I hope they do more of that, I would watch a sequel. I thought it was spooky and the atmosphere was fun... but I found myself a little bored by it.

The thing that I thought was most disappointing was that he didn't even turn into a werewolf until the end... and I was hoping for a bit more of a werewolf story. They did kind of take some time with the characters to set them up a bit first... but I would have liked a little more werewolf in the movie.

Michael Giacchino directed this movie- it was his first time directing, but you might recognize his name because he's a very famous composer. He is known for doing the Incredibles Theme, he did The Batman this year, Spider Man Far From Home I believe was his... you know him lol. I think he did a good job with this one. It was a little slow paced- but I liked the visuals and the use of Black and White and Color was really effective.
