June Diaries 8: Amazon Travel Haul

Okay- so I just ordered some stuff from Amazon for my trip that I’m going on soon… so I figured I’d just talk about what I got and why even though it’s not here yet.

The first thing I wanted to get was one of those Travel backpacks that can fit a lot of stuff and are kind of designed to fit a lot of stuff- but it’s still approved as a personal item for my airline. I got one from the brand Venatin. I saw these on the Titkok shop and they seemed useful- but I don’t know how the TikTok shop works and I don’t think I want to find out- so Amazon works.

My Hoka shoes that I’ve been wearing for a while broke recently… and I do have another pair of Hoka’s that I’ll probably wear on the trip but I’m not sure it’s the comfiest pair I could have… so I got a pair of Cushionaire Birkenstock- type shoes. I got the pink color because I wanted Barbie’s pink Birkenstocks. I’m usually an 8.5 so I got that size but I also got a size 8 wide because I might need a wide shoe. I’ll definitely return one of these- I may return both because I still might look for actual Birkenstocks but- I do like Cushionaire… so these are a good option.

I also asked my friends for travel tips because I think they’ve all traveled more recently than I have. My friend Georgie recommended the MiiKare airplane phone holder- I got a 2 pack so that my boyfriend Aspen can have one… plus it came with a purple one and I wanted a purple one.

My friend Cristina recommended the Alleyoop travel razor. This is carry on approved and it comes with a razor, a shaving cream block and a water sprayer- which I’ll probably use empty until we get to the hotel. This looks pretty nifty and easy to use.

And I want to bring some perfume or body spray with me so I got some atomizers to fill with perfume.

I also have a really short flight going to the place I’m going to… but I might get a travel blanket pillow thing- my friend Cristina suggested that too. It might be useful in an airport or in the hotel too. I didn’t order it because I might not need it and I think I can get it elsewhere… so I can probably will get it elsewhere.

So I’ll let you know after the trip what I use and if it’s any good!
