Foodie Tuesday: D’amores Cafe and Toast

So I'm going to have some possibly exciting Foodie Tuesdays because my boyfriend is eating Vegetarian for the month! So we're trying new things and this is a new place for us!

We went around lunch time and we got 2 paninis to go and 2 coffees. And we split the paninis so I got half of his and he got half of mine.

You can kind of customize your paninis too- they have a build your own option or you could take one of their toasts as a panini.

I chose the Burrata Bout it toast which has burrata, arugula, beets, hot honey, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. I really liked this one- I liked how the beet tasted with the burrata- I didn't know they had beet on it... but I really ended up liking it. The arugula was nice also. I got it on Sourdough bread and it tasted really good! The beet on the sourdough was great!

He got the Green Goddess panini which was arugula and mixed greens, mozzarella, basil and a balsamic glaze. This was really good too but I think it needed something else. I think maybe tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes would have been good to balance out all the greens in this. It was still really good on its own and the bread on it was good.

I got the Nutella latte with almond milk... I wish I didn't get the almond milk. The latte itself was pretty good but the almond milk had a weird taste at first. Idk if I would order this hot again.

My boyfriend got the Tiramisu latte with oat milk... and he seemed to like it! He loves Tiramisu so I knew he would try that. He got it hot.

This was kind of a fancy lunch- but we tried it and we got a selection to choose from.
