Barnes and Noble Haul

Okay... so my mom sent me into Barnes and Noble to look for a magazine... and I didn't find what she was looking for but I did find some other things... so I got some other things.

First off since I was looking at magazines- I got the Fangoria Issue about Saw X. I have the fangoria for Nope and I like the Saw movies a lot- This had a cool cover so I got it.

The next thing I grabbed was from a buy one get one half off YA Table and it was The Taking of Jake Livingston. I've been reading Percy Jackson and I love it so I wanted another YA. I feel like YA books have good world building and it actually makes me feel transported to another world. The author of this is Ryan Douglas btw.

The next thing I saw was Heartstopper Volume 5. By Alice Oseman! Omg I was so excited I can't wait to read this... I may have read this already by the time I post this. I love

Heartstopper! I have another exciting thing about this at the end.

I went to a different buy one get one half table and I found This Spells Disaster by Tori Anne Martin. I could tell by the cover that I would like this- it just looked fun and cute. It's witchy it's romance... I was excited.

My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Canada for the summer and we're kind of getting excited for it- so we bought a French phrase book. I'm not sure we'll really need this- but it was in the moment and we were excited. We got "Let's talk French" by Fall River Press.

Now while I was checking out- the very nice Barnes and Noble Employee saw that they had one last print from Heartstopper that they were giving out with the purchase of the book. I love it- it's so cute and I'm going to hang it up somewhere!

Bye!

-Shannon
