April Favorites 2025

So… things have been different for me the past month or so… I will explain later- I think I have explained already but if you know me… you know… but I’ll still do a favorites because I have some favorites.

1) AMC Theaters

Okay so I haven’t been wanting to stay at home a lot this month- especially for dates with my boyfriend so I’ve seen like every movie that has been released since March. I might do a ranking of everything I saw eventually but Sinners has been one of my favorite movies I’ve ever seen. It was so much fun and just so good overall… I loved it!

2) EOS Shower Gel-

The EOS Vanilla Cashmere shower gel is really really good. I went through a lot of it this month because- we’re redoing the bathroom so my showering situation hasn’t been normal… but this was really good and it smells really good.

3) Lume Lavender All Over Body Deodorant-

This is a good deodorant. I got the spray one- it smells very lovely and lavender- I’ve mostly been using it on my armpits and my feet… but it’s a nice soothing lavender scent and so far it hasn’t bothered my skin. I have that problem with a lot of the “natural” deodorants. This also claims to be a 72 hour deodorant- and I think that’s pretty accurate. I’ve been applying it at night and I don’t necessarily feel like I need to reapply the next day… I have been using my regular dove deodorant with it the next day just in case but I don’t know that it’s really necessary.

4) B Pure Glow Up Smoothing Serum

This is one of those brands from Dollar Tree that is supposed to be a dupe for the Glow Recipe products. I’ve never tried the Glow Recipe serum- but I have tried The Ordinary- which I loved but I think I like this serum a little bit better and I think I want to try more from the brand. For 1.25 it’s not bad at all. I would rebuy it- my skin does feel softer with it.

5) It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia- I’ve been watching this show in my attempt to watch a lot of different sitcoms and I’m really enjoying it. I’m on the newer seasons now and it isn’t quite as funny as it used to be… but at the same time there’s just as many really funny moments that are even funnier than some of those episodes.

6) Fugglers

Okay I love a bag charm- I don’t like not having one on my bags… and I’ve been shopping less lately but I did pick up a few bag charms and I really like my Fuggler that my boyfriend got me… I’ve been wanting to get a labubu… and I think I like Fugglers more.

7) Cuddle Dud Comforter

This is one of my favorite things I’ve bought: the Cuddle Dud comforter from Kohls. It might be too warm for the summer- right now it’s still cold where I am so this is still good for me right now… I really like it. The only thing is some threads are coming loose but it isnt falling apart it’s just a little loose.

8) Epic Universe Vlogs-

I’m kind of excited about the new Epic Universe park that opened at Universal. It’s the first theme park to open since Disney California Adventure… so this is really cool. I also love the classic monsters so I definitely want to see that land and ride those rides. I also like Nintendo a lot, the How To Train Your Dragon world looks really great and… I don’t like JK Rowling so I feel conflicted about Harry Potter- but I do still like it and appreciate what they did with the land.

Plus the main hub looks cool, the portal designs look cool. The food looks good… I’ve got no plans to visit anytime soon but someday I would like to! It looks really impressive!

9) My Easter Chocolate-

It’s gone now. I sometimes have trouble eating it all because it’s hard on my teeth… but I ate it all lol.

10) Pink Pony Club- my radio station is a bit behind… they’ve been playing all of Chappel Roan’s other songs but it took them a while for Pink Pony Club. I’ve heard the song before but now they’re pushing it now… so it’s been more around.

Alright so those are my monthly favorites. I’ll do a post of the movies I’ve seen sometime soon… maybe not on Movie Monday… but sometime sooner than that maybe.

And this favorites post gave me some more ideas of things to post and reviews so some of these products might be getting reviewed soon.
