31 Days of Spooky Movies: Together (2025)

So not all my spooky movies will be from 2025... but I did see a lot of spooky movies that I haven't done a review on yet... So that's part of what sparked my interest back in horror and spooky movies and what inspired me to actually do 31 days of spooky movies... possibly with some shows too. Anyway I think I'll have my last 2025 movie tomorrow... but now is one of my most anticipated movies of the year Together starring Dave Franco and Alison Brie. This is a body horror movie starring a real married couple where they just kind of meld together.

So the concept of this movie was weird and I was excited to see this with my boyfriend because this is a movie for couples and my boyfriend and I are very close and I could see this happening. Kind of at least. The characters in this are kind of unlikable and a little bit mean to each other- so I don't think we're really like them... but I would be the Dave Franco in the relationship. He's not really like Alison Brie in this... but there's some similarities between me and Dave Franco and... it makes sense.

This movie has some good buildup and dream sequences and the characters do develop pretty well. It isn't really a slow burn and you kind of know where the movie is going at the end and the pacing doesn't go too quickly. It's pretty good. The reveal is exciting, its a little surprising and it's creepy but there is still some humor in it. It's a really good movie. I would definitely watch it again- I would consider owning the blu ray also because I think its a good one.

Together is now available on Digital and it will be released on DVD and Blu Ray come out in November- November 11th from what I'm reading. This movie is written and directed by Michael Shanks. This movie is rated R.
