25 Days of Christmas Movies: Noelle and Dashing Through The Snow

Okay- so now we have two new-ish Disney+ Christmas Santa movies. One that I think I’ve watched every year since it came out and one I’ve meant to- But it hasn’t been as much of a priority.

Okay so this is a cute movie- I really liked it when it came out and I watched it a few times- but I haven’t seen it in years. I like this one! Anna Kenderick plays Santa’s daughter and her older brother is supposed to be Santa this year- after their father passed away. He gets stressed out about the job and runs away to Phoenix Arizona.

When Noelle goes out to find him- he’s still overwhelmed but she realizes she would be the perfect Santa Claus. So we get a movie that’s kind of like Elf and we get a Girl Santa Claus which I love.

This is a fun movie- it’s not a must watch every year for me but I’d watch it again. I think it’s worth it for sure.

Dashing Through The Snow

This movie stars Ludacris and Lil Rel as Santa and Lil Rel makes such a good Santa Clause that I watch this movie usually multiple times a year during Christmas. It’s really funny and it kind of makes me feel magical- like when I was a kid and these movies insured me that Santa was real. We didn’t really see The North Pole in this movie- and I do love seeing The North Pole in Santa movies- but I still like this one more than most of the Santa Movies that have come out recently. I think the Santa facts that they give out in this movie are really funny.

And that’s it! I know Disney Plus has other Disney+ original Christmas movies- I might try to watch them this year- but there’s a lot I want to watch and a lot I need to catch up on!
