Foodie Tuesday: The Best Halloween Food

Okay... so let's talk all things Halloween and... all the best foods, snacks and candies.

So what candy should you give out? Well, Costco had some great deals on full size candy bars that come in packs... so if you want to be the house that has full sized bars- Costco. Other places have them too of corse- But get a value pack or a few if you want to give out the full sized bars.

We also usually have some fun sized on hand- these are good for goody bags and things too. There are some good variety packs out there with all different types. There's some chocolate ones, some with things like sweedish fish and sour patch kids... there's a good variety.

There was one house that used to pop freshly popped popcorn and it was always warm and so good and we'd eat it right away. My aunt knew the people so we knew it was fine to eat. I have a fun story about this house that I'll probably do in a throwback Thursday or one of my mini posts lol.

My favorite Halloween specialty snack are the witch Kit Kats that are green white chocolate with milk chocolate in the middle.

Also the best Reese's are the holiday Reese's. I've heard people talk about this a lot recently and it's true. The Easter Egg Reese's are the best... but the pumpkins and Trees- all very good.

Other good Halloween snacks- the General Mills Halloween cereals. I never eat cereal enough- but these are so good. Carmella Creepers are really good.

As for what to eat on Halloween... pizzas good, my mom used to always make Baked Ziti, I think this year she's making Turkey chili... which is a nice Halloween meal too. We usually have family over for the night and it's fun.

I'm not sure what other Halloween foods I can talk about... but these are some really good ones and I'm going to look for candy now... possibly lol.

We also give out Pokémon Cards- which are good for goody bags too. It's good to have some options for kids that have allergies.

Bye!
