Dollar Tree Haul April 2023

Okay- I don't always go to dollar tree- but I watched a TikTok by Bargain Bethany where she got the dollar tree crates and she ziptied them together and she made a hutch for her vanity... and I thought "Huh my desk doesn't have a hutch- that could be useful" so I went to dollar tree to look for those and then I found some more things and it was all $20 so yeah!

First off I did in fact find the crates. I just got 3 because I didn't know if I was going to like it. I did like it so I may go back for more sometime during the week... I don't know if I need any more for my desk though I think I like the way I set it up. I didn't zip tie them together yet- but I will do that sometime soon probably.

Next up I went to the DVD section- which my boyfriend and I always like to look at and I found some 2000s movies and my boyfriend found some movies. He found Book 1 of Legend of Kora- which is an avatar spinoff that he likes but doesn't like as much as Avatar itself. He also got a movie called Quitting that was about quitting a job or something I think. I got Mirror Mirror- which is a live action Snow White retelling with Julia Roberts and Lily Collins I think. I'm excited to watch it. And I got Wicker Park which is a thriller from the 2000s with Josh Harnett... so that's all good.

We went to the book section and I was SHOCKED at what I found... The Princess Diaries Volume 3 Princess in Love. Which is one of my favorites of all the Princess Diaries Books! Princess Diaries is my favorite book series from my childhood I've reread them and I'll probably reread it again- I'd also like to see if there are any differences between the two posts- so blog on that coming soon! I can't get tired of those books. I'm also totally going to look at dollar trees and see if they have more of these books.

My boyfriend got some action figures too... idk what it was from- they were better than dollar tree toys used to be but they weren't like great quality or anything.

Ohhh I got some hair ties too because I wanted to do my hair like Catherine Howard in the Broadway Musical Six. Catherine Howard is the fifth wife of King Henry Viii who was beheaded. In The Musical she has her hair in a really long High Ponytail and my Hair is really long right now so it seems like a good time to put it in a long high Ponytail. I got some of the stretchier hair ties that are kind of thin so you can wrap your hair around it a few times. They're useful. I saw some other cute small scrunchies too- so I got those. And I got some Bobby Pins cause I thought that could help my high ponytail stay in place.

At the check out line they had some nice looking Bic Mechanical Pencils and I thought "Why not?" So I got those too.

And that is everything! I hope you guys like this dollar tree haul... maybe I'll have another one whenever I go back and get more crates.
