Birthday Book+ Blu Ray Haul

Alright so I got some books for my birthday! Some I ordered and they aren't here yet and some I got at target when I went. Let's talk about them.

First off- I mentioned in my Walmart Haul that I got the Barbie Movie and that The Haunted Mansion was only on DVD at Walmart- Target had the Blu Ray and they also had Little Mermaid so I got that too!

Now for the books I got at Target: Love Theoretically from Ali Hazelwood. I liked The Love Hypothesis a lot so I wanted to read something from the same author.

I also got The Final Offer by Lauren Asher. I still haven't read the first 2 books in the Dreamland Billionare series- but I'm excited to read them and see what it's like to be a rich person.

My boyfriend got me the 4th volume of the Sailor Moon Manga. I love Sailor moon so I was happy for this manga! I've been waiting for it to release FOREVER!

Now online I ordered from The Dog Eared Book- which is a bookshop I found on TikTok- so that was exciting. It's a small independently owned bookstore in Rochester I think? Or somewhere in New York State.

Anyway she does a New Book Tuesday every Tuesday and there were some cute rom coms and an intriguing horror book I wanted to read.

First off Thin Air is the thriller book which she described as Squid Game on a Plane. I love thrillers that take place on a plane or public transit... so this was a must for me as soon as I heard about it.

I apologize- I don't know all the authors to these books.

Funny Feelings is about a standup comedian that fake dates her manager I think. Sounded good.

Let's get Quizzical is a rom com that takes place on a quiz show- And I love quiz shows and these come with signed bookplates!

And last but not least: Dragged to The Wedding- where a gay man is invited to a Wedding- but he's not ready to come out yet... so he brings a drag Queen.

All of these sound like fun, cute reads and I'm excited for the one Thriller.
